At LSA Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your LSA Home account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
